Track Your Order – Beach Spree

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the information below to check your delivery status anytime.


How to Track Your Order

To track your package, please have the following ready:

  • Order Number (e.g., BS-1001)

  • Email Address (the one you used at checkout)

Then visit the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email) and enter your tracking number.


Don't have your tracking number yet?

No worries – here's what to do:

  • Check your email – We send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please also check your spam or junk folder.

  • Wait 24–48 hours – Tracking numbers may take up to 2 days to activate on the carrier's website.

  • Contact us – If it's been more than 5 business days since you received the shipping email and the tracking still doesn't work, email us at beachspree@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate for you.


Order Status Reference

Status What it means
Order placed We've received your order and are processing it.
Order confirmed Payment verified – we're packing your items.
Shipped Your package is on its way. The tracking number is active.
Out for delivery Your order is with the local carrier and should arrive today.
Delivered The carrier reports delivery. If you don't see it, check with neighbors or your building office.
Issue / On hold Something needs attention – we'll email you directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I entered my info but nothing shows up.
A: Double‑check your order number (it starts with "BS-" followed by numbers) and the email address you used at checkout. If it still doesn't work, email us.

Q: The tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received it.
A: Sometimes carriers mark delivery early. Wait one more business day. Then check with neighbors, your front desk, or behind bushes. If still missing, contact us within 7 days.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Email us immediately. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

Q: My order is stuck on "shipped" for a week.
A: International orders can take 10–20 business days. For domestic (USA) orders, if no movement after 7 business days, email us and we'll file a trace with the carrier.
