We want your Beach Spree order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as the tide rolls in. Please read our shipping policies below.
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During peak seasons (summer, holiday sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are not included in our shipping charges.

These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Beach Spree is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

For lost packages, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will file an investigation and offer a replacement or refund.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at beachspree@gmail.com – we will try to update it before processing.
Returns & Exchanges
For information on returns, please visit our Returns Policy page (coming soon). In short: unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days.
