Refund & Return Policy – Beach Spree

We want you to love everything you buy from Beach Spree. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn and unwashed – No signs of wear, sunscreen, makeup, or deodorant marks.

  • Original tags attached – All Beach Spree labels must still be on the item.

  • Hygiene liner intact – For swimwear bottoms and one‑piece suits, the protective hygiene liner must be firmly in place and unremoved. This is for the safety of all our customers.

Final sale items (non‑returnable):

  • Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale"

  • Underwear, pasties, or any accessories (hats, bags, towels, phone pouches) – unless defective

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at beachspree@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  2. Wait for approval – We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.

  3. Pack securely – Use the original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the package.

  4. Ship back – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error (see below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after arrival.

  • Refund method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Shipping charges: Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Restocking fee: None – we don't charge restocking fees.

You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to show the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory fluctuations. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund – your choice.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund (unless it was our error).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank – some institutions take extra time to post refunds.

  3. Email us at beachspree@gmail.com – we will provide a transaction receipt to help you track it.

International Returns

For returns from outside the USA:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.

  • Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid extra charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we are not liable for lost international returns.
